PRINTING
Web-Cote runs a 4 color Mark Andy flexographic press. This permits top and bottom printing and laminations on substrates prior to coating. From plastic to paperboard and paper, we can print directions or designs on your materials. This in house production can speed your product completion by as much as 3 weeks.

 Web-Cote applies many different types of Hot Melt Adhesives. Many of the glue formulations we own and are produced for our exclusive use. We can advise what type of adhesive you need and how to apply it to give you the results you require. Web-Cote will adjust the tack, peel and shear values for your application and offer the correct matching of release liners for the perfect fit.
Coating Adhesive Weights: Coating weights from .75 mils to 50 mils. Applications available include one sided, two sided, equal adhesive weights, different weights, same adhesive types or different adhesive materials.
Coating Adhesive Widths: From 0.04" to 14.50"
Coating Patterns: What coating patterns do you require? A flood coat or specific pattern? We have the dies and tools you create the shape that will work best.

Keeping the oil in the filter |

| A major German chemical company developed a polymer that needed to be transformed from solid chips to a film. Their engineers knew what they needed to do but were unable to manufacture the top and bottom filter seals in their plants. This firm’s US division told the home office about Web-Cote. We were hired, and over a 6 month period Web-Cote ran thru hundreds of variables and found a solution. We developed a thin film for them without degrading the polymer. Th polymer was extruded onto a carrier so in their production plants they could easily apply this material as the top and bottom seals of their new high-tech oil filter for auto engines. The filter hit the market with great success. |
Personal Care products can include Fake Finger Nail Tape, body tape and toupee tape. Each uses a different formula and each must be consumer friendly. Web-Cote can help produce all your “consumer friendly” pressure sensitive adhesive products. |

The newspapers tell us the EPA has banned the fumigation of bird seed, flour and cereals. This means Indian Meal Moths are now found in every product. Our accounts asked us for moth traps and we developed a non-toxic moth trap to solve the growing moth infestation problem. We use pheromones and our special insect adhesives to trap the male moths and break the breeding cycle. These traps are made under private label for companies around the globe.

| An RV and boat have a lot in common. They both must stand up to storms and they bounce around because of the roads or the sea. All this knocking will loosen seals, frames, partitions and even dump the contents loose. The RV industry out of Elkhart, IN had an idea. They came to Web-Cote and asked if we could make a ribbon of adhesive on a release sheet that would bond interior panels to the RV shell and close around screws to form a “screw seal”. Our lab work and glue library found the right combination and Screw Seal was created. Screw Seal now sells around the world. |
